Unlimited Outdoor

Another thing that you should not miss in your life is to explore.
Finding ways to commune with nature is worth refreshing thing you could do to yourself, and while in midst of the wilderness, you will enormously immersed yourself with the grandest beauty of nature that you can think of.

While comfortably sitting on a kayak, I slowly dipped the paddle and circumnavigate the whole Lake via the sculpture of its shoreline. The color of flora species and the sound of the different fauna species are the abounding features you could readily get along with. Green is the dominant color though but it is such a wonderful color that covers the entire scenery of the Lake. It's a bit prickly hot while being exposed to the beam of the sunlight but the cool breeze of the Lake will swarm you making the 4-hour slow-paced paddling extremely refreshing.

I was in one of the beautiful lakes in Negros Oriental, Lake Balinsasayao. It can be reached via 4x4 vehicle because it is situated at about 3,000 ft above sea level. To get there from Cebu you have to cross TaƱon Strait from Lilo an, Santander, Cebu to Amlan, Neg. Or., and just about 20 minutes ride up from Amlan to reach Lake Balinsasayao.

It is a must see outdoor place, I tell you.

I will just leave to anyone who will get there to describe it more. Because for me, it's a fabulous present from the Omnipotent.

By the way, don't forget to bring cans of SMB, it will surely add perfect outdoor delights.

DIVING FANTASTICO

I was taught how to breathe underwater by a friend in Moalboal, Cebu, quite excited but with full reservations to go down underwater, though.

My mentor is Bitok,a world-class PADI Instructor with a lean built, about 5'4" in height but very sharp in all the details he would want me to remember before, during and after diving.

It was such a long mind-boggling and physically demanding tutorial session because I'm so apprehensive to do the diving thing.

Bitok was so focused when he said to me the very first word in diving, "RELAX", and I replied, "OK doki".

He handed me my mask after I have all the gears fixed to my self, wet suit, bootie, weights about 5 kilos of metal thing I hooked up around my waist like a belt, BCD with tank and regulators and lastly the fins, of course it's the last thing you have to do or else you cannot move your feet even an inch away.

I immediately tucked the mask to my slimy face and ohh it sucked right away, then he told me to go down underwater slowly. I screamed and told him, I cannot breathe, ahh, it is so because I did not bite the mouthpiece of the 2nd stage regulator.

Here we go, ohhhhh! cooooool! I can breath underwater like a fish, HAAAH!

Bitok towed me down to about ten feet below, and ahhhh! my ear was like being poked. He let me read the slate, "equalize pre" ahhh!, so I pinched my nose and blow some air out to stabilized the pressure that pushed the diaphragm of my eardrums.

After I have equalized, again, back in business, at first I was uncomfortable with my situation trying to familiarize the breathing apparatus, but after having done so with the SCUBA orientation underwater, Bitok then taught me how to distinguish the pelagic and benthic seawater species swimming around me.

Pelagic-sa lawom, while benthic-sa mabaw, hehehe.
I told my self WOW, this is it, living and enjoying the vanity life of a fish-THE SCUBA DIVING.

Therafter, countless dives i had and counting more.

UNDERWATER CRAWLER!

What's funny about scuba diving, you'll see the seafood you eat in your life-time lively swimming right beside or side-by-side with you.

At one instance we had a diving at PESCADOR Panagsama, Moalboal, Cebu, I saw about 5 kilograms Red Grouper (Lapu-Lapu in Visayan dialect), anyway, Lapu(2x) is a National Hero- a ferocious fighter who hacked to death the Spanish explorer Ferdie Magellan in 1521 at Mactan, Lapu-Lapu, Cebu.

The lapu-lapu moved swiftly like a curtain blown by a whistle-speed wind. I tried to follow her wherever she goes but not so long because I saw a couple of green sea turtles along the way. One of it was kinda busy eating soft corals. I was a bit surprise seeing this gentle sea turtle nourished by soft corals.

Anyway, to my delight with the scenery i saw underwater, still, it's an awe thing.

Well, the artistry of the Creator is indescribable what you will see and experience underwater. The shape, the color, the behavior, etc. of the sea creatures are something that one who is underwater could savor sumptuous amenities more than eating those sea species.

NOW I KNOW! YOU KNOW! TRY ONE NOW!
